Birth Doula

Your trained and experienced birth doula is immediately available to you for office hours call, text, and email support the moment your contract and retainer are received. She will also meet with you and your partner, if applicable, in your home for your 2-hour prenatal support meetings, according to your contract. On your birthing day, your doula will join you at your intended place of birth (hospital, birthing center, or midwife-attended home birth) once requested and will provide continuous support until approximately 1-2 hours after your baby’s arrival. Your doula will provide 2-hour in-home postpartum visits, according to your contract, along with office hours call, text, and email support, to help you process your birth experience, assess everyone’s physical and mental wellbeing, perform light tasks around your home to aid in your rest and recovery, and ensure any questions or concerns have been thoroughly addressed. Your birth doula’s services will conclude with discussing a care plan for birther and baby in the weeks to come, education on postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, resources for returning to work, and any other questions and concerns you may have.

Hypno-Doula

Your certified Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis Doula is immediately available to you for office hours call, text, and email support the moment your contract and retainer are received. She will also meet with you and your partner, if applicable, in your home for 2-hour prenatal support meetings, according to your contract, and together plan for your baby’s unique birthing. During one of these visits, your Hypno-Doula will conduct a full birthing rehearsal to help you and your Birth Partner, if you have one, better understand how all of your Hypnobabies tools and techniques that you are learning and practicing daily will come together on your birthing day to create an easier, more comfortable, joyful birthing. On your birthing day, your doula will join you at your intended place of birth (hospital, birthing center, or midwife-attended home birth) once requested and will provide continuous support until approximately 1-2 hours after your baby’s arrival.
